Job Summary

Join the DevSecOps team as the first line of defense in the Security Operations Center, monitoring and triaging daily security alerts (including phishing) in Google SecOps/SIEM. Investigate events using cloud, endpoint, identity, collaboration, and CI/CD telemetry across AWS, Azure, CrowdStrike, Okta, Google Workspace, and GitHub. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, help optimize SOC playbooks and detections, and support incident response with AI/LLM-based augmentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, triage, and investigate daily security alerts (including phishing) using Google SecOps/SIEM, filtering false positives and escalating confirmed incidents.
•Analyze security events from cloud logs, endpoint/cloud workload telemetry, identity/access, collaboration, and code/CI/CD alerts across AWS/Azure and related tools.
•Participate in investigation of security breaches and join an on-call rotation to handle critical incidents outside business hours.
•Continuously improve detection capabilities by documenting findings, updating SOC playbooks, and tuning rules to reduce alert fatigue.
•Track vulnerability resolution actions and enhance incident response using AI/LLM-based agentic workflows for data enrichment and faster investigations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +5) in IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent training.
•0 to 3 years of experience in an IT security role, ideally within a SOC (including internships/work-study).
•Familiarity with cloud environments and security risks (AWS/Azure).
•Basic ability to query/analyze logs in a SIEM (Google SecOps or similar).
•Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash) to automate triage or data enrichment.
