Job Summary

Lead execution of Level I and Level II policy lifecycle activities within ECCO’s centralized Policy Management function. Perform advanced quality control, materiality/classification support, readiness oversight, policy exception coordination, QA response tracking, and procedure maintenance. Provide senior-level guidance to policy and governance partners, analyze policy execution and QA results to identify root causes and systemic risks, and coordinate remediation of complex exceptions across stakeholders. Office-centric role 5 days/week in Charlotte, Greensboro, or Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution of Level I and Level II policy lifecycle activities, including complex scheduled reviews, material interim changes, classification considerations, committee-dependent approvals, readiness dependencies, and publication coordination.
•Provide senior-level policy execution guidance to policy content owners, EPC teammates, EPMOs, risk taxonomy owners, legal, risk partners, committee stakeholders, and business leaders.
•Perform advanced quality control on Level I and Level II policy packages, including board directive considerations, classification rationale, materiality support, effective challenge disposition, and readiness evidence.
•Own or support ECCO Policy Management operational activities, including dashboard/report design, policy pipeline management, inventory maintenance, past-due monitoring, exception reporting routines, QA response tracking, and procedure/playbook updates.
•Analyze policy execution and QA data to identify root causes, systemic risks, process enhancements, training needs, and automation opportunities, and coordinate remediation of complex QA exceptions and readiness deficiencies.

•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent education and related training.
•Advanced experience in risk management, governance, compliance, operational risk, policy management, controls, quality assurance, audit, or change execution.
•Advanced knowledge of policy lifecycle execution, governance document quality expectations, materiality/classification support, committee approval coordination, readiness tracking, policy exception support, and QA response routines.
•Ability to interpret enterprise policy and procedure requirements and translate them into actionable work plans, stakeholder routines, and evidence expectations.
•Strong communication skills with ability to engage business partners, risk partners, governance stakeholders, and management.
