Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, review, and standardize procurement policies, procedures, and processes aligned to strategic goals.
  • •Establish governance frameworks for policy approval, updates, and enforcement.
  • •Use data insights to identify process gaps, recommend innovative solutions, and monitor impact on efficiency and compliance.
  • •Support audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and processes.
  • •Oversee communication, implementation, and training of new policies, partnering with Learning & Development teams and supporting team performance.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of experience in policy governance and process management, ideally for large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, or urban development.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Business, or related fields.
  • •Preferred CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP certifications.
  • •Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and propose improvements using data insights and best practices.
  • •Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable, with local Saudi cultural/business knowledge preferred.
