Manager - Policies and Processes

Develop and maintain standardized procurement policies and processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. Establish governance frameworks for policy approval, updates, and enforcement, using data insights to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements. Support audits and reviews, and lead communication, implementation, and training of new policies across the organization. Collaborate with Learning & Development teams and help foster a high-performance team culture.
