Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure production equipment and automation meet safety, food safety, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly preventive and/or predictive maintenance checklists, including upkeep and calibration of building and production equipment.
  • •Maintain and repair distribution center systems such as racking, power trucks, dock doors, and related facility components.
  • •Manage tasks/work-orders on CMMS/GSheets and update maintenance logs while maintaining quality standards.
  • •Perform facility inspections for fire safety and emergency lighting requirements, support upgrades/replacements/installation projects, and comply with OH&S acts and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • •Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for prolonged periods with bending, twisting, and walking.
  • •Skilled in using basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
  • •Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • •Willing to work rotational shifts, overtime/weekends/holiday work, and in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C).
Education:Certification / Diploma in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Diploma
