Create memorable in-store experiences by delivering Crocs/HEYDUDE’s V.I.B.E.S service model and supporting a positive team culture. Assist across store departments—including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations—to drive a seamless shopping experience. Partner with store management to meet personal performance goals through effective selling strategies, serve as a brand ambassador for product launches and collaborations, and follow Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
