Build trusted relationships with consumers and business customers through proactive outreach, in-person and virtual engagement, and consistent follow-up. Assess banking needs, obtain and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products, including digital and self-service options. Provide a high-quality client experience by greeting customers, completing basic transactions, opening accounts, handling service requests, and submitting credit applications.
