Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the country commercial execution agenda for IWPB Mexico, translating strategic priorities into an integrated delivery roadmap.
  • •Define and drive the commercial strategy across customer segments and channels to achieve sustainable growth and enhanced frontline productivity.
  • •Integrate end-to-end strategy and operational delivery by bridging Commercial, Sales, Product, Marketing, Digital, COO/Operations, and supporting functions; unblock execution constraints.
  • •Establish and chair commercial governance and performance management routines, including portfolio prioritisation, tracking, risk/issue management, and escalation.
  • •Develop and deliver strategic communication plans for major Wealth changes to enable timely, consistent adoption across stakeholders and the frontline.

  • •Lead and drive the IWPB Mexico commercial strategy across customer segments and channels to deliver sustainable growth and improved customer outcomes.
  • •Sponsor innovation and simplification across propositions, customer journeys, tools, and processes by removing complexity that inhibits commercial performance.
