•Participate as a team member in project development for energy-saving construction projects.
•Perform building surveys and audits to identify energy conservation measures across architectural, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems.
•Complete utility analysis by quantifying and benchmarking building energy use, including reviewing utility rate tariffs.
•Quantify energy savings for each conservation measure using building simulation/energy models or spreadsheet calculations.
•Oversee measurement and verification of ECMs and review building automation control systems to validate performance and recommend optimization.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 91,516.66 - 128,379.99 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology discipline (entry level, degreed candidates encouraged).
•Familiarity with Energy Management Systems and/or Building Automation (BAS), HVAC systems, and/or temperature controls.
•Experience understanding and working with technical information and responding to questions from engineers.
•Experience collecting data, analyzing it, and presenting findings clearly and accurately.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and office equipment; must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
