Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that change how customers interact with their money.
  • •Leverage a broad technology stack (PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, Lightning, VectorDBs, and more) to extract insights from large numeric and textual datasets.
  • •Build AI foundation models across development phases including design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
  • •Engage in high-impact applied research to advance state-of-the-art AI into next-generation customer experiences.
  • •Translate technical research work into tangible business goals and collaborate to improve the status quo with stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 238,600 - 272,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have, or be in the process of obtaining, a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field (or an MS plus 2 years of Applied Research).
  • •Hands-on experience developing AI foundation models and solutions using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms.
  • •Deep understanding of the foundations of AI methodologies.
  • •Experience building large deep learning models (e.g., language, images, events, or graphs) and expertise in areas such as robustness, explainability, self-supervised learning, or RLHF.
  • •A research mindset with the ability to own and pursue a research agenda and deliver high-quality ideas (e.g., publications).
