Serve as a focal point in the Maintenance Department during off shifts, ensuring management directions are carried out. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and process problems, and monitor key reliability programs including ABB PM and OEE. Observe, report, and document maintenance activities using work procedures and the inventory control system while supporting daily, hands-on industrial maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a focal point in the Maintenance Department during off shifts to ensure management directions are carried out.
•Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
•Monitor, report, and document the ABB PM program.
•Observe, report, and document the OEE program along with work procedures and the inventory control system.
•Handle other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience.
•One (1) year PLC programming/troubleshooting experience required.
•Must have three (3) years of experience in fabricating, machine shop skills, electrical, pneumatics, computers, welding, and rigging.
•Associates degree and one (1) year PLC programming preferred.
•Must have strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work required hours.
