Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, activate, and integrate mechanical and electrical systems for mission-specific development and continuous-integration testing across Starlink aviation platforms.
  • •Install and repair Starlink products for enterprise aviation systems while following FAA, Warp, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware issues in real time and provide feedback to prevent recurring problems.
  • •Conduct, collect, and report data from tests including vibration, shock, thermal, RF, load, and other evaluations needed for FAA certification.
  • •Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ year of hands-on experience using hand tools (e.g., screwdriver, ratchet, Allen keys, torque wrench, pliers, multimeters).
  • •1+ year of experience performing electrical and/or mechanical installations and/or assembly.
  • •Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and perform physical tasks including standing, climbing ladders, bending, and stretching.
