Sales Associate

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as the point of contact for Crocs shoppers in-store. Apply the C.H.A.R.M service model, assist across store departments (including POS system management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations), and work with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives. Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing product collaboration and launch knowledge, while following policies for asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
