Job Summary

Lead the Commerce Payments Healthcare Product team to define and deliver integrated solutions that help large healthcare clients improve revenue cycle performance and patient engagement. Own healthcare product and integration strategy, including roadmaps for payment acceptance, billing, reconciliation, reporting, and embedded patient financing. Partner with clients, EHR/RCM and platform providers, and internal Sales/Product teams to drive scalable, secure, interoperable delivery and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute healthcare vertical product and integration strategy, embedding Commerce Bank solutions into client ecosystems.
•Identify and deliver integrations with core healthcare platforms including EHRs, RCM systems, and patient engagement platforms.
•Translate strategy into roadmaps prioritizing product capabilities, integration depth, and profitability.
•Deliver capabilities for payment acceptance, integrated billing/reconciliation/reporting across RCM, and embedded patient financing options.
•Lead, mentor, and manage team execution, partnering with stakeholders to drive scalable, secure, interoperable solutions and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 158,000 - 187,500 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

•4+ years of leadership or significant cross-functional leadership experience.
•Experience working with healthcare providers, EHR/RCM vendors, or fintech platforms.
