Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute healthcare vertical product and integration strategy, embedding Commerce Bank solutions into client ecosystems.
  • •Identify and deliver integrations with core healthcare platforms including EHRs, RCM systems, and patient engagement platforms.
  • •Translate strategy into roadmaps prioritizing product capabilities, integration depth, and profitability.
  • •Deliver capabilities for payment acceptance, integrated billing/reconciliation/reporting across RCM, and embedded patient financing options.
  • •Lead, mentor, and manage team execution, partnering with stakeholders to drive scalable, secure, interoperable solutions and report outcomes to senior leadership.
