Key Responsibilities

  • •Master OPENLANE policies, processes, procedures, and tools for floor plan audits and vehicle/facility inspections.
  • •Oversee FTE and 1099 inspectors to ensure adherence to inspection processes to achieve regional SLAs and targets.
  • •Recruit and hire contract and full-time inspectors for the assigned region.
  • •Partner with Marketplace and Commercial Sales to support inspection needs, growth forecasting, and scheduling.
  • •Lead and develop inspectors through training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management; also conduct field support 1–2 days per week.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant experience (or education) in operations management or a related field.
  • •2+ years of automotive mechanical experience.

  • •Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Working knowledge of technology, especially submitting electronic inspection reports.
