Job Summary

Lead a team responsible for delivering IT technical services that keep client infrastructure and systems running. Drive incident and problem management by proactively investigating escalations, restoring service within SLA, and ensuring zero missed SLA conditions. Set the standard for client satisfaction, support bid-to-delivery transitions, manage shift handovers and resources, and analyze service data to improve performance while mentoring engineers and specialists.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide operational leadership to a team accountable for service offer management.
•Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore service within SLA.
•Lead management of escalated incidents, requests, and events to resolution, including root-cause identification and proactive prevention.
•Assist with bids and proposals, support client service policy development, and ensure smooth sales-to-delivery transitions.
•Ensure infrastructure at client sites is configured, installed, tested, and operational; manage shift handovers, resource allocation, and service data analysis.

Salary: CAD 95,000 - 150,420 annually

Key Requirements

•Seasoned knowledge of technical services and IT service management (ITSM), including ITIL practices.
•Ability to manage technical teams operationally and develop people through guidance and mentorship.
•Solid experience managing service levels and delivering client satisfaction in a technical services environment.
•Understanding of IT domains including infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, application management, networks, and data centers.
•Strong communication and client-facing skills, including presenting complex technical matters and using data to recommend resolutions.
