Procurement Supervisor (Syria, SY)

Oversee and manage end-to-end procurement for goods, services, and materials to support operational needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and on-time delivery. Develop procurement strategies and policies, lead supplier selection and contract negotiations, and monitor supplier performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and build plans, analyze procurement KPIs, and stay current on market trends and best practices. Train and mentor procurement staff and support HSE/IMS incident activities.
