Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high-quality content benchmarking across BPO teams, including setup, onboarding, training, and managing policy clarifications/calibrations/arbitration.
  • •Handle content labeling for specific queues, analyze labeled content for trends, and provide insights to project teams while managing quality evaluation initiatives.
  • •Train AI models using large labeled datasets; support data preparation/cleaning/structuring, test and fine-tune models, and improve synergy between human input and LLM training.
  • •Analyze moderation and labeling data across multiple queues to derive process or market-specific trends/correlations and support impact analysis and solution planning.
  • •Maintain quality artifacts for the content moderation scope and generate solutions using technology and tools to improve individual and team outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in AI data operation using AI/ML for content quality management, product operations, or analytics roles, preferably in tech/digital content/platform moderation environments.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • •Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in Vietnamese is also necessary.
