Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor design work for correctness, completeness, and compliance with scope, and ensure revisions are incorporated into drawings and documents.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support design validation and technical alignment.
  • •Lead design-related activities across project stages, including preparing/reviewing project strategies, technical proposals, and lifecycle cost analyses.
  • •Provide technical leadership by proposing alternative materials/systems, conducting risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • •Engage stakeholders by managing IPD teams across GCC and India, presenting design strategies, attending client meetings, and supporting variations/EOTs and change request flagging.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •12 to 15 years of experience in infrastructure design management, preferably within consultancy and contractor environments.
  • •Professionally qualified engineer or actively progressing toward that qualification.
  • •Strong understanding of infrastructure systems (roads, utilities, structures) and design coordination.
  • •Proficiency with design tools including AutoCAD and ACC.
