Key Responsibilities

•Balance and reconcile daily/nightly ticket sales, and assist with cash drawer and ticket stock reconciliation.
•Provide prompt, courteous customer service in person and over the phone, including Will Call and Guest List operations.
•Troubleshoot night-of-show issues (transfers, barcodes, account issues) and support ADA requirements with Guest Services/Operations.
•Perform daily operations on the Ticketmaster host system and follow opening/closing shift procedures.
•Maintain box office processes and records, including phone menus/calendars, ticket stock/vault logs, and lost & found tracking.
