Key Responsibilities

•Design computer technology, instrumentation, communications devices, semiconductor devices and other electronic systems using circuit theory and electrical engineering principles.
•Design test systems for components and devices designed using electronic engineering techniques.
•Collaborate with line engineers in other disciplines on product design or manufacturing of electronic components.
•Drive projects independently while remaining deeply team-focused and able to communicate technical information across departments.
•Contribute to quality and process improvements within Scrum/Agile/SAFe environments and apply DFSS/6-sigma methodologies where appropriate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical (RF), Electronics, Telecommunications, or Communication Engineering.
•3–7 years of direct experience in RF and communication hardware design.
•Design Tools: Proficiency in Cadence for schematic capture and PCB layout. Experience with simulation tools such as ADS or CST is highly preferred.
•RF Expertise: Strong R&D background in RF passive designs and components (Tx, Rx, FGU, VCO) complying with stringent industry specifications.
•Verification: Advanced debugging skills using simulation test-benches, hardware emulation, and lab diagnostic equipment.
