Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee third-party fund administrators and service providers, ensuring service quality, timely and accurate financial reporting, responsiveness, escalation, controls, pricing discipline, and continuous process improvement.
  • •Serve as key contact for accounting topics including NAV close, allocation, valuation, audit coordination, performance, treasury, financial reporting, and coordination with third-party administrators.
  • •Coordinate across disciplines to implement process changes and system initiatives that improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting data.
  • •Provide accurate real estate product performance and financial reporting to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • •Communicate effectively with global team members and external parties including investors, clients, auditors, and service providers.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA required.
  • •10+ years of progressive fund finance, fund operations management, fund accounting oversight, or related finance experience, with significant real estate experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex fund operations, including administrator oversight and investor/performance reporting, treasury coordination, systems/process implementation, and controls.
  • •Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop internal teams while managing third-party administrators and escalation.
  • •Strong technical accounting expertise, including deep knowledge of US GAAP and applying complex guidance to real estate fund structures, transactions, and reporting.
