Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and lead the Hearing Care Regional Manager team and support staff to achieve sales budgets and KPI targets (revenue, ASP, gross margin, LCM, help rate, same-day help).
  • •Manage, coach, and develop employees including selection, hiring, development, and performance management.
  • •Lead change management initiatives and motivate the team to follow AudioNova policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure compliance with local/global policies and procedures, including HIPAA, licensing, state-mandated CEUs, billing requirements, and applicable laws.
  • •Partner with cross-functional leaders and manage portfolio initiatives (openings, closures, renovations, refreshes) and integration of new clinics/employees.
Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of relevant multi-unit management experience.
  • •Proven marketing, sales, and business growth success in a high-touch, customer-focused environment.
  • •Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, counseling, and performance management.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
