  • •Architect high‑level security processes and risk models and translate them into technical user stories and architecture
  • •Bridge Cybersecurity Risk and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of risk programs with software delivery
  • •Define system architectures, data models (ERDs), and API specifications and enforce QA standards
  • •Lead the technical roadmap for software engineering teams and data scientists, influencing without direct reporting
  • •Mentor and influence junior engineers on data-driven risk modeling and security automation

Key Requirements

  • •9+ Years of Experience building custom GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.
  • •Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with strong Git, API design, and ability to build complex PoCs for risk models.
  • •Full-Lifecycle Engineering Governance: end-to-end SDLC, with SRS docs, Project Plans, and Product Backlogs to ensure architectural alignment from planning to deployment.
  • •Architectural & Quality Standards: define System Architectures, Data Models (ERDs), and API specifications with QA through Test Plans, automated Build Scripts, and Production Operations manuals.
  • •Experience leading the technical roadmap for software engineering teams or data scientists (Lead/Principal/Staff level)
