Key Responsibilities

  • •Create client marketing presentations, memoranda, and other materials.
  • •Conduct industry and market research and prepare/analyze historical and projected financial performance.
  • •Assist in the preparation of valuation models.

  • •Financial modeling experience, including DCF and LBO valuations.
  • •Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles.
  • •Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
