Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship customer-facing AI products, including ask.workos.com and AI support bots in customer Slack channels.
  • •Build internal tools for daily use, including agents, automations, and workflows that are stable and easy to maintain.
  • •Work on unified bot frameworks, sandboxed coding harness agents, and company infrastructure for shipping AI applications.
  • •Use LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, and tool-calling to connect AI systems with docs, Slack, GitHub, CRM, analytics, and support systems.
  • •Replace repetitive manual processes with orchestrated AI-driven flows spanning multiple apps and data sources.
