•Build, develop and manage a team of market facing underwriters to lead local and regional origination and provide underwriting support to Allianz Insurance Singapore and regional entities.
•Build and develop an active sales pipeline with focus on large and international brokers and drive profitable growth in Midcorp.
•Steer and manage regional Midcorp portfolio to maintain growth and drive profitability.
•Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to implement reinsurance strategy to maximize origination, retention and capital efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Ideally 10-15 years of technical underwriting experience across Property, Construction, Engineering, Liability, Marine and Financial Lines LOB.
