Job Summary

Lead product management for an ERP/HR/payroll portfolio, translating product strategy into roadmaps and priorities driven by business value, customer needs, and regulatory constraints. Key Responsibilities

•Manage the product portfolio across HR & Payroll, finance/accounting, logistics, and core ERP modules, ensuring architectural and user-experience consistency.
•Translate product strategy into development plans and roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and cloud architecture constraints (SLA, scalability, operating costs).
•Lead and grow the Product Management organization by building best practices for product discovery, delivery, and agile ways of working in collaboration with Engineering and Cloud Operations.
•Collaborate with CTO, Engineering, and Cloud Operations/DevOps to align product roadmaps with cloud infrastructure capabilities, CI/CD, release management, and operational targets (SLA, performance, monitoring/observability).
•Use data to monitor feature adoption and performance/reliability/quality metrics, support SaaS business transformation, and partner with Sales/Marketing on positioning and product/pricing packages.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience in product management for HR/Payroll systems (ERP or SaaS).
•Experience working with cloud-based products (SaaS, cloud platforms).

•Knowledge of ERP system architecture, cloud environments (OCI, Azure or similar), and CI/CD and deployment practices.
