Lead warehouse operations for a 165,000 sq ft facility in Ewa Beach, managing a two-shift environment and 35 associates. Drive safety, associate engagement, inventory accuracy, and shipping quality. Oversee inbound and outbound processes including unloading, stocking, order picking, packaging, shipping, and daily cycle counts. Hire, train, and develop teams while ensuring cleanliness, security, and compliance with OSHA and DOT standards.
