Key Responsibilities

•Take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and ongoing optimisation
•Design and deliver solutions across multiple clouds including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or Voice
•Lead large-scale CRM implementations, ensuring delivery is on time, on scope, and built to scale
•Act as the primary Salesforce point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
•Drive automation, workflow design, and integration architecture across business units

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,000 - 3,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise or mid-to-large scale business environments
•Multi-cloud expertise across at least 2–3 of: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Voice
•Track record of successfully delivering large, complex Salesforce implementations — not just maintenance or small-business support
•Proven ability to self-direct, prioritise, and deliver outcomes without micromanagement
•Salesforce Administrator certification required; platform-specific certifications a strong plus
