Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete requested repairs (reactive, proactive, and pre-planned) to required standards and within SLA deadlines.
  • •Manage your own workflow and coordinate with the team as needed.
  • •Ensure Health & Safety for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved suppliers only.
  • •Participate in rota-based out-of-hours on-call to provide 24/7 emergency cover (once every 8–10 weeks for emergencies).
