Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary operational anchor for regional markets by maintaining centralized tracking dashboards, project logs, and routine reporting.
  • •Unify reporting metrics, templates, and data definitions across stakeholders to drive cross-market dashboard alignment.
  • •Cascade execution guidelines, configuration requirements, and standards to Market PICs to ensure operational consistency.
  • •Track end-to-end execution across markets, monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables while flagging delays and discrepancies early.
  • •Assist with developing, updating, and enforcing SOPs and PMO playbooks, including auditing regional compliance against enablement standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •3+ years of experience in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, or Process Management.
  • •Experience coordinating with multi-regional, multi-market, or cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Strong business analytical skills to track and compare operational metrics across 19 markets.
  • •Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; basic SQL or BI tool knowledge is a plus.
