Bridge between business needs and automated engineering data solutions in a large aerospace environment. You’ll translate complex requirements into high‑performance platform configurations, drive data integration and document management enhancements, lead UAT and stakeholder communication, and enable regulatory compliance through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Requirements & analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for document automation templates, digital workflows, and data integration solutions.
•Platform configuration (hands-on): Directly configure document templates, dynamic data fields, workflow logic, and system integrations within our proprietary platform.
•Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
•Execution & quality assurance: Partner with development teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria, develop test plans, lead UAT, and ensure deployed solutions meet quality objectives.
•Documentation & training: Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals; conduct end-user training on platform functionalities.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role with a focus on document lifecycle management, business process automation, or enterprise data management.
•Proven ability to quickly learn and master new proprietary internal tools and systems.
•Strong understanding of the document lifecycle, dynamic data integration, digital signatures, regulatory compliance, and automated archiving.
•Foundational understanding of database concepts and API interactions for data exposition and platform integration.
•Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows).
