Job Summary

Lead marketing consulting engagements for clients across industries, developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies and programs. Own key client relationships with mid- to senior stakeholders, assess change readiness, and deliver impactful presentations. Manage day-to-day project delivery and team leadership, coaching junior consultants and strengthening solutions with innovation. Partner with internal teams (Product and Business Development) to scope projects and build the firm’s intellectual capital.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements across industries and problem statements, independently assessing client agendas and change readiness.
•Develop and lead marketing strategies and programs for large regional and global clients using technology and data.
•Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and manage vendor and client relationships.
•Lead the team’s marketing recommendations and deliver impactful client presentations while growing team members’ skills.
•Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants and manage day-to-day project delivery leadership.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaign projects (e.g., digital/social campaigns, digital customer experience, direct response marketing, product launches, or media planning).
•Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple engagements with third parties.
•Experience managing key vendor and client relationships.
•Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
•Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, plus strong English communication (and local office language if applicable).
