Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers/designers through completion of multiple simultaneous projects.
  • •Independently prepare project work plans, proposals, and schedules; obtain management/client approvals.
  • •Manage client and stakeholder communications to resolve issues, manage expectations, and maintain project schedule.
  • •Develop and maintain budgets, change orders, scopes of work, fee estimates, KPIs/forecasting, and oversee invoicing and project closeout.
  • •Provide mentoring and administrative/technical leadership, maintain project records, administer subconsultant agreements, and implement the Quality Control Plan.

Key Requirements
