Manager - People - Contract Logistics

Deploy HR strategy and the transformational people agenda for the business, designing programs to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce. Partner with HR Business Partners to execute the annual people management requirements, drive employee engagement, and support performance, talent, compensation, learning, and organizational development processes. Lead change management and counsel managers and staff while managing employee grievances, disciplinary matters, industrial relations, and statutory compliance including contract labour.
