Job Summary

Lead and manage a global Food Innovation and Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) project portfolio, driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch across new product, process, and packaging innovation. Own scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, risk mitigation, and success metrics. Establish and continuously improve stage-gate governance and reporting, while serving as strategic thought partner and Chief of Staff to the Head of FIT and Food Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the Global Food Innovation & Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) project portfolio, aligning it with global business strategy and priorities.
•Drive cross-functional global initiatives from concept through launch, including new product, process, and packaging innovation.
•Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risk mitigation strategies, and success metrics for complex programs.
•Establish, implement, and continuously improve global stage-gate and project management processes, including governance and collaboration models.
•Serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of FIT and Food Leadership Team by providing strategic thought partnership, executive-ready communications, and coordination of recurring operating initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,500 - 167,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree is required.
•8–10 years of progressive R&D portfolio, project management, or innovation leadership experience in a global, food-forward, multiunit restaurant/retail brand.
•Proven track record implementing and optimizing Stage-Gate (or similar) project governance processes.
•Project Management Certificate (PMP) is strongly desired, including experience with PM tools such as RACI, Microsoft Project, and Stage Gate.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and leadership across all organizational levels.
