Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop firmware IP subsystems for SSD products to meet or exceed requirements in the technical spec matrix (performance, endurance, capacity, functionality, quality/reliability).
  • •Develop firmware unit and functional tests to ensure firmware subsystem quality, functionality, and performance during integration breakthroughs.
  • •Provide consistent, detailed technical communication to management and multi-functional teams, including firmware team status updates.
  • •Collaborate with peers and management to maintain open, constructive, cross-functional relationships.
  • •Support team and personal growth by improving technical capability, team involvement, morale, efficiency, and communication skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters or Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Experience with firmware/embedded programming, primarily C, including debugging.
  • •Experience with storage interfaces, ideally PCIe/NVMe (plus).
  • •At least 2 years (or equivalent) embedded systems development experience.
