Key Responsibilities

•Execute recruiting searches and hiring initiatives under the direction of the Head of Talent.
•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned technical and non-technical roles from kickoff through accepted offer.
•Partner with hiring managers to execute hiring strategies and interview plans.
•Source and engage passive talent using creative sourcing techniques and modern recruiting tools.
•Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data in Greenhouse while driving an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and responsiveness.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
•Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical talent, including demonstrated success with software engineers.
•Strong sourcing experience to identify, engage, and close passive candidates.
•Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while staying highly organized and detail-oriented.
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
