Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and perform ongoing maintenance on servers and network equipment, including rack and stack of servers and switches, cabling, and physical configuration of devices.
  • •Respond to reported server, network, and infrastructure issues and coordinate outages or maintenance with facility staff.
  • •Collaborate with software and network engineering teams on cybersecurity and network efficiency; upgrade internal system components as needed.
  • •Run hardware diagnostics and replace failing parts in a timely manner; manage spare parts inventory.
  • •Escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution and work with vendor warranty technicians to resolve warranty issues.
