Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical SME for issuers, acquirers, processors, and gateways, translating network product specifications into client implementation plans.
  • •Lead L3 terminal certification support for acquiring partners, including connectivity setup, test case execution, TSE configuration, and certification documentation review.
  • •Provide issuing card profile validation support, including CPV failure troubleshooting, prerequisites validation, waiver approval, and sign-off on Letters of Certification (LOC).
  • •Perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on integration issues across specs, transaction flows, and configuration files.
  • •Identify inefficiencies in onboarding models, improve metrics tracking, manage technical risks, and coordinate escalations with internal and external partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,100 - 157,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 4 years of experience with L3 Certification (Acquiring or Issuing), ISO 8583, EMV specifications, contactless NFC, 3D Secure (3DS), or Digital Tokenization.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in client-facing technical delivery or stakeholder management.
  • •At least 2 years of technical troubleshooting and investigation experience within payment network implementations.
  • •Fluent in Spanish and English.
