Key Responsibilities

  • •Define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiters and hiring leaders across technical disciplines.
  • •Develop talent landscapes and market intelligence by company, skills, geography, and organization structure to inform recruiting strategy.
  • •Identify, engage, and attract specialized technical talent using Boolean search, sourcing platforms, and creative sourcing channels.
  • •Build and continuously improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and automations to increase productivity and candidate discovery.
  • •Serve as the sourcing SME by coaching stakeholders and using recruiting analytics and experimentation to improve outreach and conversion.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, autonomy, or other complex hardware/software industries.
  • •Proven track record in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for highly specialized technical roles.
  • •Deep expertise in advanced Boolean search and modern sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, and GitHub.
  • •Ability to operate as a consultative partner to recruiters and hiring managers using market insights and talent intelligence.
  • •Hands-on experience building or leveraging AI-powered sourcing workflows and agentic AI/workflow automations.
