Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure workstations are loaded on time and maintain DOT as required.
  • •Ensure required PPE is available and enforce basic safety norms for team members and vendors.
  • •Ensure Board audits and 5S audits are completed as per requirement.
  • •Review drawings with POH and E&S team and advise on pipe layout; provide feedback on layout changes and shortages.
  • •Plan and report daily work completion, support QC during inspections, and coordinate module readiness for testing/customer inspection.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of experience in shop production/manufacturing of engineered modules.
  • •Ability to read PID, GA, and electrical drawings and explain them to workmen.
  • •Welding and piping knowledge.
  • •Electrical drawing, PLC, and instrumentation knowledge is an added advantage.
  • •Knowledge of rotating equipment like centrifuges and pumps.
