  • •Provide technical expertise and ownership for chemical systems, safety and quality standards, and improvements.
  • •Troubleshoot emergent equipment issues and provide technical direction to resolve them.
  • •Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, reliability, safety, and cost savings through optimized monitoring and process control.
  • •Plan and execute preventative and breakdown maintenance with maintenance teams to address failures and optimize performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering (or related technical field).
  • •7+ years of relevant operations experience in semiconductors, oil & gas, or chemical manufacturing.
  • •Experience with semiconductor gas and chemical facilities or oil & gas/chemical industry operations with a focus on safety and hazardous process materials.
  • •Knowledge of PSM-RMP, process safety, process controls, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and tools such as AutoCAD, piping & instrumentation drawings, and process flow drawings.
