Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct patient care using the nursing process to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • •Assist in gynecological procedures including Colposcopy, Cryotherapy, Endometrial Biopsy, Excision of Bartholin Cyst, and IUD insertion/removal.
  • •Perform Cardiotocography (CTG) monitoring and participate in diagnostic/therapeutic interventions.
  • •Coordinate and plan nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and revise care plans as needed.
  • •Maintain JCIA-mandated education and unit competencies; document data accurately in medical records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in nursing (minimum three years full-time) or Degree in Nursing with RN registration from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia
  • •Must hold a valid License/Registration to practice in home country and/or country of last employment
  • •Must hold a minimum of a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or as per scope of practice
  • •Minimum of two years post-graduate experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • •Knowledge of age-appropriate and developmental care; ability to assess patient and family needs; requires Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
