Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and periodically refresh the sustainability strategy, translating external trends and business priorities into strategic direction.
  • •Monitor emerging sustainability trends, market developments, regulatory changes, and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Lead and coordinate cross-functional sustainability projects and workstreams, managing dependencies and driving execution.
  • •Integrate sustainability considerations into business decision-making and risk management processes, promoting a sustainability risk culture.
  • •Engage external stakeholders (including ESG surveys and analysts) and internal colleagues to communicate progress and influence change.
