Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage employee personnel files, both electronic and physical, ensuring completeness and confidentiality.
  • •Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, orientation scheduling, Get2know session, and record management; support offboarding processes by ensuring timely completion of exit documentation.
  • •Prepare HR communications, including employee announcements, birthday posts, and reports; handle general HR administrative duties such as ordering supplies, managing name cards, and distributing official letters.
  • •Assist in maintaining compliance records and supporting internal HR audits; monitor labor law updates and provide relevant information to HR Specialists.
  • •Oversee visa and work permit processes: track applications, coordinate with government agencies, maintain documentation, and provide status updates to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •2 to 3 years of experience in HR associate or similar roles preferred.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • •Good understanding of the Employment Act and labor regulations.
  • •Experience using Human Resource Information Systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, HRIS).
