Key Responsibilities

  • •Wire and troubleshoot single- and three-phase electric motors and perform phase rotation verification for motors ≤10HP.
  • •Troubleshoot control circuits and process signals (e.g., 24VDC/120VAC and 0-10VDC/4-20mA).
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial/motor control hardware, controllers, and sensors, including electro-mechanical relays.
  • •Troubleshoot and replace electrical sacrificial parts on energized and de-energized circuits; adjust field devices and manage setpoint changes.
  • •Maintain pneumatic and electro-pneumatic hardware for control valves, audit maintenance programs, collaborate with vendors, and comply with OSHA and local codes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Associate’s Degree in a program aligned with the role AND at least three years of maintenance/maintenance-facing experience in an industrial environment.
  • •Or, completed technical trainings equivalent to an Associate’s Degree plus 3–5 years of maintenance/maintenance-facing experience in an industrial environment.
  • •Or, 5–7 years of on-the-job training in a maintenance/maintenance-facing role in an industrial environment, with supporting documentation demonstrating skills and knowledge.
  • •Provide proof of NCCER Instrumentation Level 1 certification and current NFPA70E certification.
