Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team producing architectural design solutions, construction documents, and reports.
  • •Manage architectural staff, lead project meetings, and coordinate other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Manage client and consultant contracts and handle client communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Oversee project delivery to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets and manage project financial performance, cash flow forecasting, and risk management.
  • •Manage project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and staffing, including monthly performance reviews and proposal support for new work.

Key Requirements
