Job Summary

Lead architectural project delivery in Winnipeg by managing teams producing design solutions, construction documents, and reports. Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts through project meetings, stakeholder communication, and contract management. Own delivery against cost, quality, and schedule targets while tracking financial performance, cash flow, risk, and monthly project metrics. Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team producing architectural design solutions, construction documents, and reports.
•Manage architectural staff, lead project meetings, and coordinate other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
•Manage client and consultant contracts and handle client communication and stakeholder coordination.
•Oversee project delivery to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets and manage project financial performance, cash flow forecasting, and risk management.
•Manage project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and staffing, including monthly performance reviews and proposal support for new work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 85,500 - 117,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Licensed Architect or professional designation/education in a design/construction-focused field.
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of project management experience.
•PMP certification is an asset.
•Knowledge of BIM principles and workflows is an asset.
•Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam is preferred.
