Job Summary

Lead and execute Global Servicing audits as Auditor in Charge (AIC), managing engagements end-to-end and coordinating with control groups, external auditors, stakeholders, and regulators. Analyze audit results and documentation, develop audit test steps and reports, and lead client walkthroughs. Guide teams in validating corrective actions and management action plans, support business monitoring with key metrics (KRIs/KPIs), and coach less experienced auditors and co-sourced resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC) for audits, managing engagement planning, scope, execution, and coordination with stakeholders and regulators; conduct L1 reviews and serve as primary client contact.
•Analyze audit results and documentation to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency and synthesize audit findings.
•Develop test steps, audit findings, and audit reports in line with IAG policies and procedures; lead audit client meetings and walkthroughs.
•Guide team and support validation/execution of corrective actions and Management Action Plans (MAPs) to improve the control environment.
•Support business monitoring by tracking key metrics (KRIs/KPIs), staying current on industry and regulatory changes, delegating work, and reviewing work papers; coach and mentor team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,250 - 150,250 annually
