Key Requirements

  • •Have a recognised teaching qualification at degree level (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, State Teaching License or equivalent) with appropriate Early Years credentials.
  • •Have a minimum of three years of successful Early Years teaching experience.
  • •Ideally have experience teaching within the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP); IB experience is preferred.
  • •Demonstrate strong Early Years pedagogy with child-centred learning and the ability to differentiate instruction.
  • •Show evidence of effective inquiry-based, concept-driven learning and strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
